Can I skip or reschedule a booking?

Yes, you can always skip or reschedule, we just ask that you give us a minimum notice of 48 hours so that we may fill that spot on the calendar.

Do I leave a tip?

Tips are never required but always appreciated. If you wish to leave a tip there will be an option on your invoice following cleaning.

How do I pay for my cleaning service?

Card information is stored securely on file for each client, and invoices are sent after cleaning for your approval.

How long does a house cleaning usually take?

This depends on the size of your home, the scope of work, and the frequency of our visits. We will do our best to estimate this after collecting a bit of information about your home.

Do you supply the cleaning supplies?

Our professional cleaning technicians come prepared with everything they need to leave your home happy and healthy, and we only use high quality products that are both safe and effective.

Are your cleaners background checked and insured?

Yes, everyone on our team is background checked and we are fully ensured for your peace of mind. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

That is completely up to you! Most choose to have their cleaning done while they are away at work or at lunch so that they can come back to a freshly cleaned home.
